Cause we have made so many mistakes. We have opened that wall and found termites, exposed wiring and missing load bearing beams. We also know how to fix all of these issues and if we don’t, have a great list of people who can. We also know the building inspectors and always work to have a great relationship with them. We have the community and resources to understand what it takes to rebuild and restore dilapidated old houses that in most peoples eyes should be bulldozed. We have been there (and truthfully, back here again there with our current farmhouse project). We are the guides for your renovations.
