  • Review a Home inspection report with you to help what is critical and what can be addressed in time along with the costs

Cause we have made so many mistakes. We have opened that wall and found termites, exposed wiring and missing load bearing beams. We also know how to fix all of these issues and if we don’t, have a great list of people who can. We also know the building inspectors and always work to have a great relationship with them.
