Completely hidden behind overgrown trees and brush, this cottage had been stripped to the studs then left abandoned to rot in place.

We brought this South Knoxville home back to life so the future owners could easily walk or bike to the Baker creek preserve and the Urban Wilderness or walk over to SoKno tacos for dinner. Pretty sweet, huh?

This is a complete interior and exterior  renovation with a new metal roof, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, insulation, James Hardie siding, Anderson windows, brand new kitchen, GE appliances and a bathroom full of style.  Essentially everything in this previously stripped cottage is new but the original oak studs.

Tiny by some standards, the Pearson cottage lives much larger than it’s square footage. It proves that you can live well in a smaller space if it is quality built and infused with good design.
